  Q: How can I become the member of your website?  

A: You can click "Register" in our website, complete the registration form, submit the information.Then You can login to make orders.

 

Q: How to order?

 

A:  We have 2 ways to place the order to us 

1. Become our member -  Login our website - Make orders - Payment - Packages delivery

2. Ask Excel or PDF catalog from our sales person, place an order by making an excel order list to us with  item number and order quantity. Our sales person will contact you and confirm all order details with you.

 

Q: What's the minimum order quantity?

 

A: Our minimum order quantity is only 500 USD.

 

Q: Do you accept mixed order for 500 USD order?

 

A: Yes, we accept mixed order.

 

Q: Can I order 1 piece each item for sample order?

 

A: Yes, you can. We accept sample order, but the item price will be the 1.5 times of our wholesale price.

 

Q: Do you drop ship to our customers directly?

 

A: No.

 

Q: Are all your products packaging in English?

 

A: Most of our products are in Enghlish Neutral package, Few of them will have a little Chinese or Japanese on the package with English together.

 

Q: Can I use your product pictures and description on my online shop?

 

A: Sure. It's one of our service that we provide to our customers, we have a large quantity of customers arround the world who are running their online sexshop. Please contact our sales people for the product pictures you need according to your order.

 

Q: What's the payment methods?

We accept bank wire transfer, Western Union and Paypal transfer ( There is a 4% transaction cost charged by Paypal )

 

Q: What's the delivery methods and delivery time?

 

DHL Air-express,  door to door service, delivery time is about 3-7days, 

 No customs clearnce and other importing charge after arriving destination, direct to your address, We have contract with DHL and our price is much cheaper than you can find in DHL, please visit http://www.dhl.com for more information

 

.For orders less than 5000 USD, especially the 500 USD testing order, we suggest air express, you will receive the products you ordered in a short time, door to door service, you don't need to go to your port or customs.

 

For order more than 5000 USD, we suggest sea shipping, port to port service, much cheaper than air express, the shipping cost is around 300-400 USD for 3,000 USD order to USA or EU.Just contact our sales person for more Info if you need Seashipping

 

Q:  How much time you need to handle my order?

 

Our delivery Time is in 1 week after receiving your payment for 500-3000USD, 1-2 weeks for 3000-10,000USD.but we always try our best to make it much faster.

 

Q: Will you inform me after my order shipped?

 

A: 1. Our sales people will send you the B/L of the air express company with tracking number on it, you can track it and see your package status online.

2. We will send your package photo with your B/L together to you for confirmation by Email.

 

Q: Do you have got any certificates for your vibrators or sex toys?

 

A: Yes, we have got CE .ROHS For all sex Toys. some get FDA too.

 

Q: Is OEM order accepted?

 

A: Yes. For an OEM order, we need about 2~4 weeks for the mould and then work out our first samples. If you confirm the first sample we send you, and you confirm your order, the lead time is about 20~25 days. and the minimum order quantity is 1,000 PCS

 

Q: Is your quotation still negotiable?

 

A: Yes. please remember that all prices are based on 500USD to support small retailers and let you try our quality and service.

For order value more than 2,000 USD, we will offer different discounts to you, please check our discount list.

 

Q: Can I have my own logo or company info. shown on the packaging?

 

A: Yes, you can. MOQ is 1,000 Pcs for the item.

 

Q: I really want to buy some sex toys which sell very hot in our market But I cannot find in your web, can u offer that ?

 

A: Yes, we will try our Best, we have factory and we have some products not shown on web
